This Privacy Policy applies to the website of Glamour Beauty Hub & Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at H.No. 1674, 5837+C9V, near Tagore School, HUDA Sector-2, Palwal, Haryana 121102, and our branch at Damdama Chowk, Sohna. - Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.
- Booking details: the service you choose, your preferred stylist, date and time slot, and the status of each appointment (booked or cancelled).
- Messages and calls: anything you share with us when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, such as your phone number, enquiry about a course, or details about your look.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as your browser type, device and IP address, which our hosting and sign-in providers process to deliver the website securely.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments are made at the studio.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and let you sign in.
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointments.
- To show your upcoming and past bookings in My Bookings.
- To reply to your enquiries about services, prices and our academy courses.
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Third-party services
Our website relies on a few trusted services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase for sign-in (Firebase Authentication) and storing bookings (Cloud Firestore). Data may be stored on Google servers outside India.
- Google Sign-In if you choose to log in with your Google account.
- Google Maps, embedded on our home page to show our location. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- WhatsApp when you tap a WhatsApp button. Your chat is then handled under WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
- Instagram, Facebook and Justdial when you follow links to our profiles.

6. How long we keep it
We keep your account and booking history for as long as your account is active, so you can see past appointments. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal data, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal or tax requirements.
7. Keeping your data safe
The website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us. Access to booking data is limited to our team. No method of storing data online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and personal data.
- Withdraw consent you have given us at any time.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
You can cancel upcoming appointments yourself in My Bookings. For anything else, contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as possible.
9. Children
Our website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to create an account or book on your behalf. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
